Just got back from a few days in Yakutat Alaska. I had a great time. The weather was perfect and the fishing unbelievable. Had a fun time seeing Andrew and going out in his boat. We did a fly out in the bush in a small plane and had the best fishing day of our lives. See the fish in the picture, I caught him and about 50 of his buddies on a fly rod (which I broke) Out in the middle of nowhere and had the river to ourselves Just a great experience.Wednesday, September 09, 2009

Looks like a great trip. Flying on the bush plane sounds like maybe the best part. And for your guys to say it was the best day of fishing you ever had is saying a lot!
Thank you for validating why I don't swim in open bodies of water. This picture is terrifying.
I agree with b. there is very little chance of me ever swimming in Alaska but, fishing is a for sure thing. Can't wait to see ya in Sept. CJ.
